Your organization logo and brand color appear on the PDF gift certificates and gift emails your employees receive. The brand color controls the border and font coloring on both. You can update either one at any time from the Corporate Traditions portal.

Important: Changes apply to future orders only. Certificates and emails from orders already placed keep the logo and color that were active at the time.

Update your logo or brand color

From the portal dashboard, go to the Organization tab — the furthest tab to the right.
You'll see your current logo and brand color, along with a preview showing how they appear on certificates and gift emails.
Click the three-dot menu on the right, then click Edit.
To change your logo, upload a new image file.
To change your brand color, set it using either method described below.
Click Submit.

The new logo and color take effect on the next order you send. In the video example, switching the brand color from blue to gold changed the certificate border and font coloring to gold.

Two ways to set your brand color

Enter a color code. Hex and other formats are supported, so you can match your brand exactly.
Use the eyedropper. Drag it over your logo to pick a color straight from the image. This is the quickest option when you don't have your hex code handy.

Tips

You can swap the logo and brand color as often as you need — there's no limit.
Check the Organization tab before placing a large order to confirm the logo and color are the ones you want on those certificates.
