Navigating the GiftYouPick Catalog

 

The GiftYouPick catalog is where you redeem your gift code for tangible gifts. Along with the featured items on the main page, you can search our retail partners for almost any specific product you want — and if you find something worth more than your balance, you can pay the difference.

Getting oriented

After you enter your gift code on the redemption page and open the GiftYouPick catalog, you'll see:

  • Your balance in the top-left corner.
  • Categories along the left side.
  • Minimum and maximum price filters, also on the left.
  • A search bar at the top.
  • Popular gifts on the main page — items other recipients have recently added to their gift bags.
Add an item to your gift bag
  1. Click an item to open it.
  2. Choose any available options, such as color, and set the quantity.
  3. Check the price. Shipping and taxes are already included in the amount shown.
  4. Click Add to gift bag.
Search for a specific product

The featured items are only a starting point. If you have something particular in mind:

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the catalog page to Not seeing what you want?
  2. Click the blue button.
  3. Search for any brand or product you're looking for.

This search pulls from our partner stores, including Amazon, Walmart, Target, and other major retailers. You can search for name-brand and premium items, electronics, clothing, makeup and skin care, home goods, seasonal items — nearly anything. Once you find what you want, select it, choose your options, and add it to your gift bag.

Review and adjust your gift bag

You can go back and forth between browsing, filtering, and searching as much as you like. Your gift bag total updates as you add items, and you can remove anything you've changed your mind about before redeeming.

Going over your balance

You don't have to stay under your gift amount. If your gift bag total is higher than your balance:

  1. Click through to redeem your gifts.
  2. Enter your shipping information on the left.
  3. Your gift balance is deducted from the total, and the remaining difference is shown.
  4. Continue to the payment screen to pay the difference yourself.

This means you can put your gift toward a more expensive item and cover the rest — useful if there's something specific you've been wanting.
