Privacy Policy
Last Modified: August 13, 2026
Introduction
We are fully aware of our responsibilities as honorable Internet citizens, and we maintain a ZERO TOLERANCE Spam Policy accordingly. We are highly sensitive to the privacy of and are dedicated to protecting the rights of all Internet citizens. We vigorously oppose the sending of unsolicited e-messages (Spam) and will make every effort to enforce our strict Anti-Spam policies. We do NOT allow anyone to use our products or services for the purpose of sending Spam, nor do we allow our products or services to be referenced in Spam. If any third party sends Spam to anyone, his or her account will be terminated. We understand that privacy online is important to users of our Site, especially when conducting business. This statement governs our privacy policies with respect to those users of the Site (“Visitors”) who visit without transacting business and Visitors who register to transact business on the Site and make use of the various services offered by CORPORATE TRADITIONS DE, INC. (“Company”). (collectively, “Services”) (“Authorized Customers”). This statement also governs our text messaging (SMS) programs, including reminders and confirmations for scheduled calls and, where you have separately agreed to receive them, promotional messages sent to the mobile telephone number you provide to us.
"Personally Identifiable Information"
Refers to any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information pertains, including, but not limited to, name, address, phone number, mobile telephone number, fax number, email address, financial profiles, social security number, and credit card information. PII also includes the record we maintain of your consent to receive text messages from us — the date and time of the consent, the form, web page, or document through which it was given, the exact disclosure language displayed to you at that moment, and any later request to withdraw that consent. Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) does not include information that is collected anonymously (that is, without identification of the individual user) or demographic information not connected to an identified individual.
What Personally Identifiable Information is collected?
We may collect basic user profile information from all of our Visitors. We collect the following additional information from our Authorized Customers: the names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses of Authorized Customers, the nature and size of the business, and the nature and size of the advertising inventory that the Authorized Customer intends to purchase or sell. Where you have asked us to contact you by text message, we also collect your mobile telephone number, your wireless carrier, the consent record described above, and a log of the messages we send you and the replies you send us. We collect mobile telephone numbers directly from you — through a form on the Site, during a demo or sales call, in a written agreement, or when you text us first. We do not obtain mobile telephone numbers from purchased, rented, or third-party lists, and we do not text numbers we obtained for a different purpose without first asking your permission.
How Do We Obtain Consent?
In accordance with PIPEDA, the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”) and its implementing FCC regulations, and the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, we require meaningful consent before collecting personal data.
- Express consent: Required for sensitive data (e.g., financial details).
- Implied consent: Applies when you voluntarily provide information (e.g., filling out a form).
- Opt-out mechanisms: You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at contact@corporatetraditions.com. You can opt out of cookies and web analytics via consent banners on the website if applicable.
Consent to receive text messages.
We obtain your consent to text you separately from any other consent, and before we send you any message. Two different standards apply, depending on what the message says:
- Reminder and service messages. Before we send you confirmations and reminders for calls, demos, and meetings you have scheduled with us, or messages about an order, gift card delivery, or redemption, we rely on your prior express consent — given when you knowingly provide your mobile telephone number to us for that purpose.
- Promotional messages. Before we send you any message that advertises or promotes our products or services, we obtain your prior express written consent. You give that consent through a separate, unchecked checkbox or an equivalent affirmative action, accompanied by a disclosure that you agree to receive automated marketing text messages from Corporate Traditions at the number you provide.
- Agreeing to marketing texts is never a condition of buying anything. We will not condition any purchase, price, or level of service on your agreement to receive promotional text messages, and you can decline and still buy from us on identical terms.
- Channels are separate. Agreeing to text messages does not enroll you in email, and agreeing to email does not enroll you in text messages. We do not treat an email opt-in as permission to text you.
- We keep a record of each consent — including its date and time, the form or document through which it was given, and the exact disclosure language shown to you — for at least five years.
Text Messaging (SMS) Programs
If you have given us the consent described above, Corporate Traditions may send you: (i) reminders and confirmations for scheduled calls, demos, and meetings; (ii) service messages about orders, gift card delivery, and redemption; and (iii) if you have separately opted in, promotional messages about our products, pricing, and seasonal programs.
Message frequency varies. You will receive reminder messages only in connection with appointments you have scheduled with us, and no more than 2 promotional messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Corporate Traditions does not charge you for text messages, but your wireless carrier may.
For help at any time, reply HELP to any message from us, email contact@corporatetraditions.com, or call 1-800-872-3214.
To stop messages, reply STOP to any message from us. Your options are described in full under “What choices are available to Visitors…” below.
Delivery is not guaranteed. Text messages depend on transmission by your wireless carrier, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Our text messaging programs are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect mobile telephone numbers from, or send text messages to, children under 13.
What organizations are collecting the information?
In addition to our direct collection of information, our third party service vendors (such as credit card companies, clearinghouses and banks) who may provide such services as credit, insurance, and escrow services may collect this information from our Visitors and Authorized Customers. We do not control how these third parties use such information, but we do ask them to disclose how they use personal information provided to them from Visitors and Authorized Customers. Some of these third parties may be intermediaries that act solely as links in the distribution chain, and do not store, retain, or use the information given to them. To deliver text messages we also use third-party messaging providers and aggregators, which transmit messages to your wireless carrier on our behalf. These providers act as our service providers under contract, may use your information only to deliver the messages we ask them to send, and may not use your mobile telephone number for their own purposes.
How does the Site use Personally Identifiable Information?
We use Personally Identifiable Information to customize the Site, to make appropriate service offerings, and to fulfill buying and selling requests on the Site. We may email, or text message where you have consented to receive text messages from us, Visitors and Authorized Customers about research or purchase and selling opportunities on the Site or information related to the subject matter of the Site. We may also use Personally Identifiable Information to contact Visitors and Authorized Customers in response to specific inquiries, or to provide requested information. We use your mobile telephone number only to send the categories of messages described under “Text Messaging (SMS) Programs” above and to respond to messages you send us.
With whom may the information be shared?
Personally Identifiable Information about Authorized Customers may be shared with other Authorized Customers who wish to evaluate potential transactions with other Authorized Customers. We may share aggregated information about our Visitors, including the demographics of our Visitors and Authorized Customers, with our affiliated agencies and third party vendors (e.g., Stripe, Google, Microsoft, HubSpot, VWO). We also offer the opportunity to “opt out” of receiving information or being contacted by us or by any agency acting on our behalf.
Mobile telephone numbers and text messaging consent are excluded from every form of sharing described in this policy. We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile telephone number, your text messaging opt-in, or your consent record with any third party, affiliate, or marketing partner for any purpose. The only exception is the messaging providers, aggregators, and wireless carriers described above, which transmit messages to you at our direction and may not use the information for their own purposes.
How is Personally Identifiable Information stored?
Personally Identifiable Information collected by corporatetraditions.com is securely stored and is not accessible to third parties or employees of Company, except for use as indicated above. PII is stored for as long as deemed necessary by the Company to complete the fulfillment of Services including for use in advertising. The Company may store data in any country where they legally operate including but not limited to Canada and the United States of America. We retain records of text messaging consent, and of any request to withdraw it, for at least five years after the consent or the withdrawal. We retain your mobile telephone number for as long as you remain opted in; after you opt out we retain it only on a suppression list, for the sole purpose of making sure we do not text you again.
What choices are available to Visitors regarding collection, use and distribution of the information?
Visitors and Authorized Customers may opt out of receiving unsolicited information from or being contacted by us and/or our vendors and affiliated agencies by responding to emails as instructed.
You may withdraw your consent to receive text messages at any time, by any reasonable means. We honor the keywords STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, and OPT OUT sent in reply to any message from us, and we equally honor a request made any other reasonable way — replying in your own words, emailing contact@corporatetraditions.com, or calling 1-800-872-3214. We process every request within ten (10) business days of receiving it; keyword replies are processed automatically and take effect immediately.
After you withdraw consent we will send at most one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. It will contain no promotional content, will not ask you to reconsider, and will be sent within five minutes of your request.
A request to stop applies to all text messages we send you, unless you tell us you want to keep receiving a particular kind. We adopt this practice now; FCC rules will require it as of January 31, 2027.
If you have any privacy-related questions you may contact our designated Privacy Officer at contact@corporatetraditions.com

To request that we do not sell or share your personal information, please follow one of these options:
- Submit an Online Request

We also honor opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control, sent by your browser. Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws — including Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and Montana, among others — hold comparable rights and may use the same contact methods above to exercise them.
Are Cookies Used on the Site?
Cookies are used for a variety of reasons. We use Cookies to obtain information about the preferences of our Visitors and the services they select. We also use Cookies for security purposes to protect our Authorized Customers and for advertising
How do we use login information?
We use login information, including, but not limited to, IP addresses, ISPs, and browser types, to analyze trends, administer the Site, track a user’s movement and use, and gather broad demographic information.
How does the Site keep Personally Identifiable Information secure?
All of our employees are familiar with our security policy and practices. The Personally Identifiable Information of our Visitors and Authorized Customers is only accessible to a limited number of qualified employees who are given a password in order to gain access to the information. We audit our security systems and processes on a regular basis. Sensitive information, such as credit card numbers or social security numbers, is protected by encryption protocols, in place to protect information sent over the Internet. While we take commercially reasonable measures to maintain a secure site, electronic communications and databases are subject to errors, tampering and break-ins, and we cannot guarantee or warrant that such events will not take place and we will not be liable to Visitors or Authorized Customers for any such occurrences.
How can Visitors correct any inaccuracies in Personally Identifiable Information?
Visitors and Authorized Customers may contact us to access, correct, or delete Personally Identifiable Information about them by emailing us at contact@corporatetraditions.com
Can a Visitor delete or deactivate Personally Identifiable Information collected by the Site?
We provide Visitors and Authorized Customers with a mechanism to delete/deactivate Personally Identifiable Information from the Site’s database by contacting contact@corporatetraditions.com. However, because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete a Visitor’s entry without retaining some residual information. An individual who requests to have Personally Identifiable Information deactivated will have this information functionally deleted, and we will not sell, transfer, or use Personally Identifiable Information relating to that individual in any way moving forward.
What happens if the Privacy Policy Changes?
We will let our Visitors and Authorized Customers know about changes to our privacy policy by posting such changes on the Site or by sending email notifications as deemed necessary by governing bodies. However, if we are changing our privacy policy in a manner that might cause disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information that a Visitor or Authorized Customer has previously requested not be disclosed, we will contact such Visitor or Authorized Customer to allow such Visitor or Authorized Customer to prevent such disclosure. If we materially change the categories of text messages we send — for example, if we begin sending promotional messages to people who agreed only to appointment reminders — we will obtain fresh consent for the new category rather than relying on notice of a change to this policy.
